We are unable to take messages pertaining to your specific health concerns over the phone. Your message must be submitted through this contact form in order for Dr. Siegel to review and respond.

Guidelines for Submitting Your Patient Communication

  • First and foremost, BioHealthOhio is not an emergency clinic. If you are concerned about an immediate health issue, contact your PCP or go to the nearest emergency room.
  • Complete your protocol in FULL before submitting a patient communication.
  • Please remember that detoxing is not always the most pleasant experience.
  • Please limit your communications to 1 in-between visits. If you find yourself experiencing additional symptoms, it is advised to take notes and bring them to your next visit with Dr. Siegel. If you find yourself needing more discussion with Dr. Siegel in between visits, you may call to schedule an established patient consultation. Those visits are billed in 15 minute increments at $100/15 minutes.
  • We do our very best to respond to patients within 48 business hours but it is not guaranteed. (Monday – Wednesday). We are out of the office Thursday-Sunday, so response times can vary. **Please note, we operate on a rotating schedule and the office is closed for one week every 5 weeks. However, this can vary. Response times for inquiries received during a closure will resume the following week. Please do not resubmit your inquiry. We respond in the order in which they are received.
